She said the frock went viral for being "ugly," but she believes people just don't understand fashion.

Sarah Elizabeth (@sarahbelleelizabeth) filmed herself modeling the dress in a video on TikTok as comments from critics flashed across the screen.

She wore a long white dress with the design of a striped top and blue jeans printed on.

"Why is everyone prefacing their comments with apologies?" one hate comment read. "I'm not sorry. This is f**king ugly."
